Women Heard brings together a network of individuals to focus on the unique opportunities, challenges, and issues facing women. The group supports and champions women’s issues to help Radian's employees grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and peer support. While this group is centered around women, it is not limited to only those who identify as a woman. Our commonality is our passion to uplift, educate, and inspire one another.

Dedication to Gender Equality
Gender equality is a core component of Radian's DEI strategy. We have been included for five consecutive years on the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) which highlights companies dedicated to advancing women's equality in the workplace. In addition, in 2022 Radian was named a Champion of Board Diversity for the second year in a row by the Forum of Executive Women. Making Connections at the PA Conference for Women
Women Heard members spent the day at the 19th annual Pennsylvania Conference for Women connecting with professionals spanning multiple industries to advance gender equity. The attendees had the opportunity to engage with keynote speakers, connect over lunch, and learn about key issues impacting women in the workplace.
