True Colors represents Radian's LGBTQIA+ community by creating an environment that embraces and celebrates diversity in a wide range of sexual orientations, family arrangements, and gender identities. True Colors strives to affirm LGBTQIA+ identity in the marketplace, build community within the workplace, and cultivate LGBTQIA+ equity within the workforce. We strive to cultivate a culture that champions diversity and empowers all of us to connect, belong, and grow.

Giving Back to Our Communities

Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation Partnership
True Colors gave a $5,000 donation to the HRC Foundation which went to help fund research on LGBTQIA+ youth and their experiences with homelessness and housing insecurity. 
AIDS Walks
In the fall of 2022, Radian employees and True Colors members joined the AIDS Walk Philly and the Salt Lake City AIDS Walk, which commemorated lives lost to HIV/AIDS and raise awareness. Both walks collectively raised almost $8,000 with a generous match from Radian.
