Radian Salutes' vision is to create an environment that welcomes and support Veterans (and families), both inside and outside of Radian, for their unique skills and experiences. We build a network of understanding for employees through:
Awareness:Quarterly networking and support events including guest speakers, books, and/or movie clubs.
Support:Opportunities to support Veterans and their families via fundraisers, educational opportunities, and outreach programs.

Earlier this January, 150+ Radian employees spent an afternoon at local TopGolf locations around the country to raise over $10,000 for the Gary Sinise Foundation, which supports military veterans and their families.

Radian's Military benefits
Radian provides full pay for up to 17 days of military training days in one calendar year.
Radian provides pay differential to supplement the difference between the employee's current base pay and military pay for up to 12 months of active service.
Benefits remain active while on military leave, including the 401k and match.
In February, Radian Salutes worked with employees across Radian to collect items and ship 68 care packages to over 34 deployed soldiers through the Soldiers' Angels organization.
