Radian Connected is our primary employee engagement connection program. Events and activities support employees across all areas the company, via fun and informative sessions that take place during the workday. Programs span a wide range of topics, interests, and formats. Radian Connected offers a mentoring program, quarterly trivia events, data-focused programming, informal networking over lunches, NFL and college basketball picks contests, movie and book discussions, as well as opportunities to learn about Radian’s business. All full-time and part-time employees are welcome to participate and help plan events, as schedules allow. Most events are virtual, while some take place in our offices or at offsite locations, when the cross-functional team of planners has the opportunity to partner with ERGs or other employee groups at Radian.
