From there our team will review your application. Our goal is to select the candidates that we believe most align with our culture and the skills and experiences needed to do the job. In most cases, it can take anywhere from one to three weeks to know if you’ve moved on to have a phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition team after submitting your application.
If selected to advance in the process, your next step will be a phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition team to learn more about the role, the hiring team, and what it's like to work at Radian.
This is also an opportunity for our team to learn more about you and your work experiences. We may have job specific questions and will also discuss expectations to ensure ours and yours align.
We look forward to meeting you! Interviews with Radian may be conducted virtually or in-person.
This is your chance to meet the key decision makers hiring for the role. Depending on the size and scope of the role, you may meet with multiple team members by phone, video, and/or in-person.
We want our interview process to be a dialogue where we can get to know you. We want to hear about your skills, attributes, and career aspirations and how that aligns with our role. It will also provide us an opportunity to see you - and for you to see life at Radian!
After all interviews have concluded, it's now time to determine if we have a future together. Radian makes every effort to follow up quickly following all interviews to provide you feedback and to let you know of our hiring decision.
If we see you at Radian, then you will receive an offer. If you accept, (and we hope you do!) we will move forward to our onboarding process.
To get you started doing amazing things at Radian, our hiring process concludes with onboarding, which includes an investigative consumer report (including an occupational drug screen), completion of some additional paperwork, and other onboarding tasks.
Our teams will work behind the scenes to ensure your first day with Radian is smooth and you have the resources you need to be your best - and get the best we have to offer right back!
