Radian’s ERGs are led by team members who have shared interests, come from like backgrounds, and join together to serve common purposes such as fostering awareness, celebrating diversity, and demonstrating inclusion across differences. Radian ERGs support our DEI strategy by participating in recruiting activities, community relations, and other key initiatives that align with the ERG's mission and goals. Each ERG is guided by a member of the EIC Council.
